What is soft play?
Soft play is a safe, padded play area designed for toddlers (ages 0–5). Our setups include ball pits, slides, foam climbers, tunnels, and more—giving little ones a fun space to explore, climb, and play!

What areas do you serve?
We’re based on the South Side of Chicago and serve surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a certain radius—contact us for details.
Is soft play safe?
Yes! Our soft play setups are designed with safety in mind. Everything is padded, sanitized before and after use, and built for toddlers. Adult supervision is required at all times.​
Bookings & Payments
How do I book?​
Booking is easy:
1. Fill out our inquiry form
2. We’ll confirm availability and send you a contract and invoice
3. Pay your deposit to secure your date​
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies based on the package, location, and any add-ons. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $150 refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit will be returned if all terms of the rental agreement are met (e.g., no damage to equipment, all balls in pit).
Do you charge a travel fee?
We have a base delivery fee of $50 for all soft play packages. For events beyond our standard service area, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will be added to your total. Base delivery fee of $25 for bounce houses.
How is the distance calculated?
The distance is calculated as a round trip from our location to your event venue.
Will I see the travel fee on my invoice?
Yes! The travel fee will be clearly itemized on your invoice so you know exactly what to expect before confirming your booking.
Rentals & Policies
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 4 hours for Soft Play setups and 6 hours for Bounce Houses. Extended rentals are available for an additional fee.
How do you clean the equipment?
All equipment is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before and after every event to ensure a clean and safe play environment.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor events, we require a backup indoor or covered space in case of rain. If weather causes a cancellation, we offer rescheduling options based on availability.

Do you set up and take down?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and takedown so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Can I book last-minute?
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance days for soft play set ups and 7 days in advance for bounce house rentals. Any booking requested less than 7 days before event date will include a $50 rush fee. Last minute bookings aren't guaranteed and depend on availability.
Are there any rules?
To ensure safety and cleanliness, we ask that guests follow these rules:

No shoes, food, or drinks in the play area

No face paint, glitter, or sharp objects

No rough play or climbing on play walls
